Management Gloria Nichols has over 10 years experience, covering marketing and business development through the Vice President level. She has driven product rollouts and managed marketing efforts for multiple companies. Prior to Launch’M, Gloria worked at Cadence, where she drove marketing for their ASIC solution, timing and signal integrity products. While at Cadence, she drove their first front-to-back integrated ASIC solution planning process and signed up 4 major semiconductor as solution partners. Gloria has an M.B.A from Harvard Business School, and B.S. in Engineering from Stanford University.
